Die zweite alte Weinsorte, die in unserem alten Weingut gepflanzt war, ist der Cabernet Sauvignon. Als Quereinsteiger, und im Gegenzug zu vielen anderen Winzern, lieben wir die natürliche Fruchtigkeit unseres schweren Weines, dem Cabernet Sauvignon. Dafür verfolgen wir einen dezenten Barrique-Ausbau von lediglich ca. 4 Monate im neuen Barriquefass. Nur so bleibt das fruchtige Bouquet nach Kirsche, schwarzen Johannis- beeren, etwas Lakritze und Erde weitgehendste erhalten!
